Description:

KEZA is a Rwandan based high fashion clothing and
accessories product line. The products are a representation
of the beauty and uniqueness of Rwanda and the women
that dwell within it.
KEZA products will be exported to the US and UK for
resale in upscale retail stores such as Macy’s, Nordstrom’s,
and Dillard’s. We are focused on quality and uniqueness,
not mass production. We aspire to operate at the same level
of class and originality of other product lines such as Fendi,
Couture, Louis Vuitton, Prada, Chanel, Gucci, Dior, Michael
Kors, and Jimmy Choo. These are the “role models” and
businesses that we wish to emulate.
The KEZA factory will be a safe and positive atmosphere
where the women we employ will be treated with love and
respect, free from sexual and verbal abuse. They will be
provided with health benefits and a salary that will empower
them to be self sufficient.

Mission Statement
KEZA is committed to creating 100% Rwandan products of
the highest standard. We will exemplify fair trade principles
in all that we do and always strive to provide the best
quality of life for our employees. Each of our products is a
symbol of pride for Rwandese women and we are committed
to empowering them to be financially independent mothers,
mentors and leaders.

Product Description
Our products will be made from materials found in Rwanda,
such as bark-cloth, leather, sisal, papyrus, cotton, and
many others. Each product will be unique, and the story of
the Rwandese woman will be told within each crease, stitch,
and link. The products proudly bear the KEZA emblem of
Rebirth as well as an information card containing the story
of the origination.
The women of Rwanda are strong. They are survivors. They
represent beauty in its purest sense. Clothing and
accessories are created and worn for the purpose of making
a statement and KEZA has a statement to make. Our
product line represents freedom and a new life for Rwanda’s
most vulnerable group of women.

Target Market
25 – 50 year old affluent women from Rwanda, thethe US, and
UK desiring superior quality, class, and the latest in fashion,
unique design, and socially conscious products.

Commitment
KEZA is committed to supporting Sisters of Rwanda, an
organization breaking the cycle of sex slavery and genderbased
violence through legislative and social reform, and
empowering women through spiritual development, health
care, education, and career opportunities. KEZA provides
high paying jobs and benefits to the members of Sisters of
Rwanda and proceeds from product sales provide revenue
for the non-profit organization.
Additionally, KEZA is committed to elevating the image of
Rwanda and showing the world that it is a place of beauty.
Rwanda is a prime destination for investment as it has a
solid infrastructure, stable government, and extremely
progressive private sector. KEZA shares the vision of the
government (Vision 20/20) and its desire to put Rwanda on
the map, not as a war torn country, but as a beautiful
country with a thriving economy and rich history poised to
be the next great destination for travel and investment
worldwide.

Purpose
The purpose of KEZA is four fold:
1. Create high paying, safe jobs for former sex slaves
of Rwanda.
2. Create a high fashion product that serves as a
positive focal point of a formerly war torn country for
the media and consumer world.
3. Greatly reduce the stigma attached to the women in
the program.
4. Create a stream of revenue large enough to sustain
Sisters of Rwanda so it is no longer reliant on donor
funding.

KEZA will complete the circle of sustainability for Sisters of
Rwanda, making it financially independent. At that point,
Sisters of Rwanda becomes a sustainable non-profit
arm of the for-profit KEZA entity and the circle is
complete.

How people can help:
