fearless Meditation I: practice of the body
Part 1 of a 3 Part Series
fearless Meditation I: practice of the body (fMI) is an in-depth introduction to nonsectarian, universal meditation taught in a social justice context, aimed directly to agents of social change. Meditation helps develop presence - the continuous moment-to-moment practice of being in relationship to one's life as it unfolds.
Gain confidence, balance and insight through our "Fearless Sitting" technique developed by master meditation instructor, angel Kyodo williams. fMI focuses on developing the foundation to establish a "steady, comfortable posture" for a stable body and stable mind. Address challenges and start or strengthen a home practice.
- learn how to take a comfortable seat
- learn about the MAP of social transformation
- learn how fearless Meditation can help you be a better agent of social change
Great for beginners and transformative for experienced meditators.

*FREE? really?
CXC is the first center dedicated to bridging the inner and outer lives of agents of social change. We support those people that dedicate themselves to doing the good work towards progressive change and social justice. We believe that the best way to do that is to support them in their capacity for Presence in every aspect of their lives.
FREE is our invitation to agents of social change to access resources that support you in the most important revolution you can be a part of...the inner one. Sliding scale applies to everyone else and donations to support our work are always welcome from all.
ALL are welcome.
No one turned away.
