We are seeking an experienced human services executive to join our Executive team to oversee the operations and promote the continued growth of our Education and Youth Services Division which comprise a portfolio of over forty-five programs, initiatives and school ventures funded by private foundations and government, including the New York City Department of Education. Reporting to the Executive Vice President, you will be responsible for an operating budget of $11 million, and leading a professional team of over 100 who provide career and college preparation, academic assistance, case management, employment and support services to over 5,000 at-risk youth annually, As Vice President you will provide executive oversight of a complex array of programs and shape the strategy for continued expansion.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess an advanced degree in a related field, a proven track record of at least 10 years progressively responsible leadership and accomplishment at the executive level in the field of human services including establishing innovative program models addressing the needs of in-school and out-of- school youth, those aging out of foster care and other disconnected youth, and a broad understanding of policy issues and funding influencing innovation in the field of education
