Community Access, Inc. (CA) is a progressive not-for-profit organization that for the last 35 years has helped thousands of people diagnosed with psychiatric disabilities make the transition from hospitals and shelters to independent living. Our primary mission is to identify needs and create solutions for homeless people with psychiatric disabilities. Our programs include over 800 units of supportive housing in three boroughs, the Howie T. Harp Peer Advocacy Center and Club Access, an ICCD certified Clubhouse.
We are seeking qualified candidates for the position of Program Supervisor. Reporting to the Program Manager, the Program Supervisor is responsible for the overall administration and the day to day operation of a 14 or 24 bed, 24 hour Supervised Community Residence, by ensuring that quality services are being provided to the residents, overseeing the creating and updating of quarterly ISP’s. The program supervisor supervises Service Coordinators, as well as a number of Housing Counselors and Per Diem workers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Qualified candidate should have a BA Human Service degree, but a combination of relevant training and experience will be considered as an alternative; must be able to demonstrate clear, professional boundaries, to set limits and facilitate win-win situations among staff and residents; Knowledge and/or ability to learn to use computer and database.; Strong organizational skills is required.

This is a Full-Time position; annual salary is mid $40K’s
commensurate with experience plus an excellent benefits package.
