Description:
Bilingual Vocational Case Manager
Seeking a Spanish-speaking professional to work with victims of domestic violence in Shelter Our Sisters' Transitional Housing Program. Responsibilities include vocational training and case management. Must have excellent computer skills and be competent to train on a variety of computer software programs.
Attributes Required: Mature, strong initiative, good communication skills, flexible, capable of working independently and as a member of a team, reponds calmly to crises.
Hours:
Full-time 35/hours/week; includes evenings and weekends. Work hours will be arranged according to the program's schedule and clients' needs (approx. 11-7pm and/or 12pm-8pm, flexible).
Additional Qualifications:
BA/BSW required, MA preferred. Must have experience working with families experiencing abuse, in addition to technical skills, teaching, and/or vocational rehabilation/training. Must have a car and NJ Drivers License.
