Description:

The Group of Thirty is currently seeking an Associate Director to plan and coordinate logistics for annual membership meetings, policy events, and seminars; assist with the publication of policy studies, occasional papers and other reports. G30 events bring together very senior officials, private sector leaders and academia. The planning requires very close attention to detail, high-level business professional skills, and ability to multitask and prioritize. Occasional international and domestic travel will be required. Other responsibilities include: overseeing the work of the Office Manager and Interns, coordinating fundraising matters, drafting business correspondence, proof reading reports, designing the Group’s newsletters and brochures, and attending to other matters as required by the Executive Director.

Additional Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a few years of solid administrative skills and experience necessary to fill the position successfully. A Master’s Degree is preferred but not required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is a must; knowledge of Access, Adobe, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and InDesign would be desirable.
