Description:

The National Parks Conservation Association has an immediate opening for a full time Senior Administrative Coordinator to provide support to our Government Affairs staff. Responsibilities include event coordination, tracking department expenses and budget, and facilitating communications with branches of the federal government. The Coordinator also provides support for the department’s Senior Vice-President and Deputy Vice President, including preparing monthly expense reports, scheduling and developing agendas for weekly meetings. Candidates should have excellent organizational and communication skills. Administrative Assistant or 3 yrs equivalent experience; proficiency in MS Word and Excel. Strong written and oral communication and the ability to schedule, organize and manage multiple projects. Political interest and experience working with Congress and communications databases a plus.
