Description:

Senior Executive to provide vision and oversight for all agency Residential and Youth and Family Service programs. Provide support for key Program Directors and Managers with special focus on community and government relations, grants and contract management, budgeting, and quality assurance/metrics. Maintain current knowledge of best practices, local service needs and gaps, and develop strategies for service growth consistent with the agency mission and in collaboration with program leadership team. Seek new resources and constituents. Work closely with Development, Finance and other Administrative functions of the organizations. Serve on Executive Team and report to the CEO.

Ideal candidate will have:
• a proven successful track record in management and executive leadership
• excellent interpersonal skills and inclusive management style
• experience in non-profit residential and therapeutic services for youth/families
• past responsibility for million+ dollar budget
• an analytical aptitude for financial aspects of budgeting and grants management
• knowledge of outcome evaluation, performance improvement and metrics
• a sensitivity and affinity for cultural differences
• a balance of strategic vision and attention to detail
• initiative and a motivation toward improvement and growth
• articulate, compelling, public speaking and advocacy skills

Position requires a passion for ensuring vulnerable and homeless youth have the safety, caring adults, skills and opportunities they need to become successful adults.

Additional Qualifications:

Credentials required:

MSW, MA in social service field. Training may also be in combination with MBA or MPA

Minimum 10 years related experience; At least 5 years progressively responsible management experience.
