Description:
Reporting to the Program Manager, the Program Supervisor is responsible for the overall administration and day-to-day operations of a 20 bed supervised community residence for individuals diagnosed with psychiatric disabilities within a person-centered and harm reduction care environment. The Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring quality services, creating and updating quarterly individual service plans, and supervising Service Coordinators, Housing Counselors and Per Diem workers.
Additional Qualifications:
This position requires a Bachelor’s
degree in a Human Service field or a
combination of relevant training and
experience. The ideal candidate will be a
true professional, organized, with the
ability to demonstrate clear leadership
and boundaries to set limits and facilitate
win-win situations among staff and
program residents.
