Reporting to the Deputy Director of Supportive Housing, the Program Director will be responsible for overseeing supportive housing to clients in a person-centered and harm reduction care environment. This includes establishing and maintaining an environment that is consistent with agency values, assuring that services are provided to tenants as they relate to their needs and within the program’s mission, and monitoring the maintenance of the physical plant. The Program Director will also be responsible for supervising program and front desk staff, overseeing the program census/audit, and developing/maintaining relationships with community members and organizations.

This position requires 3+ years of
management experience in a human
services field, working in supportive
housing for a number of populations
including homelessness, substance
abuse, and psychiatric disorders. The
ideal candidate will have
demonstrated leadership skills, and
the ability to work with all levels of staff
and consumers. The candidate must
be fingerprinted and cleared by OMH.
Bilingual Spanish-speaking is a major
plus.
