Description:
Crossroads is a Family Shelter that serves 25 families. Fifteen families at Crossroads Congregate Family Shelter in East Boston and 10 families situated in scattered site apartments in greater Boston. Crossroads stabilization efforts begin upon intake, where a family is assessed and an initial service plan is developed. A family’s potential for self sufficiency is carefully monitored throughout their stay and follows them into independent living.
The Family Advocate will work with a multi-disciplinary team to provide a safe living environment for all residents while ensuring the delivery of advocacy and referral services by working directly with the case managers to help provide supportive services to all residents.
Shift Available: 11:00 pm - 8:00 am

Additional Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related human services field preferred.
1-2 years related experience in human services.
1-2 years residential experience preferred.
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Must have a valid Massachusetts Drivers License.
