Description:
Henry Street Settlement, a not for profit organization is currently seeking a Social Worker to join our Adolescent Services team!
Department: Youth Services
Title: Social Worker - Adolescent Services
Hours: 35 Hours Per Week
Salary: Commensurate with Experience
Responsibilities:
• Manage caseload of 35-45 youth
• Coordinate with other service providers involved with youth on caseloads
• Complete monthly reporting
• Provide crisis intervention
• Complete full assessments and maintain ongoing case notes
• Responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Additional Qualifications:
• MSW or related degree with a minimum of 2-3 years experience working with adolescents in the juvenile justice system
• Minimum of 3 years demonstrated clinical and crisis intervention skills
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently.
