Description:

Position Summary
The Affinity Campaign department seeks a proactive, motivated, and flexible person to provide essential administrative support. This individual is responsible in supporting the campaign director of the Bridges Campaign and another fundraiser within that department.

Major Responsibilities:
? Help coordinate and assist with department fundraising events and activities
? Work with team on ways to improve efficiency
? Act as liaison to other departments
? Plan and prepare necessary materials for internal and external meetings, including logistics
? Type, compose, proofread, and edit such correspondence at memos, reports, and invitations
? Manage calendar and files
? Screen calls and respond to situations as appropriate
? Manage and maintain database
? Process money for events
? Use GiftPro system
? Assemble internal and external mailings
? General administrative duties, such as routing mail, filing, coping, faxing, and ordering department supplies

Additional Qualifications:

Skills/Competencies:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and Internet experience
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills
• Bachelor’s degree and minimum five years of work experience
• Flexibility, with ability to work as part of a team
• Proactive work ethic and common sense
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills and an understanding of systems and procedures
• Ability to maintain effective filing system for fast retrieval
• Detail oriented with the ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment
• Effective time-management skills and ability to prioritize and work on several tasks simultaneously
