Description:
Executive Assistant: Seeking an experienced, energetic individual to perform all administrative duties for the executive office of a community based nonprofit. This position assures that administrative systems fully support effective leadership and includes developing efficient administrative systems, maintaining a well organized office, scheduling, filing, ordering of supplies, vendor contracts, correspondence and communications.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree and a minimum of 3 years experience as an Executive Assistant/Office Manager, meticulous organizational skills, systems oriented, computer proficient, strong interpersonal skills both written and verbal, demonstrated ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
