Description:

The Program Manager of Supervised Visitation Services is responsible for the oversight of the daily/weekend operations of all supervised visitation services of the NYSPCC. This includes the direct supervision of clinical staff providing supervised visitation/transfers and other therapeutic services or workshops that occur within the program.

Responsibilities include: training and supervising staff as well as developing and implementing program protocols and procedures, ensuring timely submission of all reports needed for client services and grant reports. This position also assists the Assistant Director of Clinical Services with the successful execution of all funding contracts for the program and preparing grant reports as needed. This position carries a caseload of NYSPCC clients. Weekend and evening hours required. The schedule for this position is Wednesday through Sunday, with two weekend days off per month.

LCSW with licensure or Masters degree in related field with licensure required. Social work experience with families, children and preferably knowledge of the court and legal system. Familiarity and experience working with clients that have experienced domestic violence, child abuse and neglect, substance abuse and mental illness is required. Must have a minimum of five years clinical and supervisory experience including: hiring, training, and supervising staff; Excellent writing and communication skills required. Computer competency required. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
