Description:

Full Time Director of Campus Services to oversee four residential programs serving youth. The campus consists of two (2) Independent Living Programs, a short term assessment program, and a group home. Youth served range between 12-22 years of age. The position oversees the clinical component of the programs and directly supervises the Lead Clinician. The position will maintain connections with funders, licensors, lead agency, community contacts and outside collaterals. Applicants must have more than 5 years experience in a supervisory position in a residential setting with youth. Master's level candidates only (LICSW preferred). Must possess strong management and supervision skills, communication skills, leadership skills, organizational skills, program management skills and writing/documentation skills. Demonstrated family-focused, community-based treatment understanding and experience preferred. Ability to manage several programs a must. Must have good knowledge of licensing and contractual requirements for congregate care services. Creative, energetic, enthusiastic leadership attitude a must. Ability to represent organization and services to clinicians, funding and regulatory agencies and any and all other collaterals. Full time position Monday-Friday hours. Competitive salary and
