Description:
TRACE is seeking process-oriented individuals to generate due diligence reports on businesses and individuals in overseas markets. Candidates must have a college degree or relevant due diligence research experience. Ideal candidates
• are detail oriented and highly organized;
• possess strong time-management skills; and
• can multitask and prioritize
among many different assignments.
Knowledge of corporate ownership structures, a paralegal certificate and familiarity with Westlaw a plus. The position is located in Annapolis, Maryland.
TRACE is particularly interested in candidates proficient in a second language, especially Chinese (Mandarin).
