Description:

Unique opportunity to provide care and support to 3 individuals with developmental disaiblities in their home setting. The House Manager actually lives in the residence, and has their own private living quarters as part of the overall compensation package.

The House Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the home, which includes financial planning, medical appointments, maintaining accurate records, and supervising support staff.

In general, House Managers work 50 hours per week, Monday through Friday. They work a few hours in the morning, helping the individuals get ready for their day. The individuals then go to their respective vocational program during the day, leaving the House Manager with free time. The House Manager comes back on duty in the late afternoon and works through the evening.

Additional Qualifications:

Candidates must be at least 21 years of age and have a high school degree or GED. Driver's license with good driving record also necessary. Must have the ability to pass a basic math and reading test.
