The Assistant Director of Program Services – Case Management is responsible for the department’s case management services to include case management, mental health, housing, participation in client models, and quality assurance activities.
Principal responsibilities include: • Manage case management resource development. • Manage case manager supervisors and other staff as assigned to ensure: (1) the integrity of approved programs; (2) appropriate client/staff ratios; (3) cooperation between client care workers and case management staff; (4) appropriate transfer and sanction policies and procedures. • Manage program record keeping, data collection and evaluation to provide for continuous improvement of case management services. • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum qualifications: Master’s degree in a related field and five years experience including two years in a supervisory capacity. Excellent communication skills and word processing and spreadsheet computer skills required.
