Mission:
The City of Manchester is initiating an AmeriCorps* VISTA project in conjunction with the Corporation for National and Community Service. The mission is to enhance the efforts of City Departments and nonprofits that have great vision but limited resources. The focus of this project is the disadvantaged residents of our community whether they are elderly, immigrants, disabled, youth or any other targeted population.
