The mission of Big Heart, Inc., established in September of 2001, is to guide disabled individuals with a limited English proficiency on the way to strive the vocational rehabilitation and social recovery.
The goal of the organization is to provide and coordinate free services for eligible disabled individuals with limited English proficiency in the following:

Help with receiving social security benefits
Translation and interpreting
ESL classes
Educational opportunities, especially in computer-based education
Transportation and/or special training to drive vehicle
Job placement
Psychological assistance throughout the social rehabilitation
Legal aid
Personal care attendance to maintain daily routines, attend schools, hold jobs
Help with subsidized housing
