Mission:The Junior League of the Oranges and Short Hills is an organization of women committed to voluntarism, developing the potential of women, and improving our communities through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. Its purpose is exclusively educational and charitable.
Vision: We are dedicated to improving the quality of life in our communities (East Orange, West Orange, Orange, South Orange, Millburn, Short Hills, Livingston, Maplewood and Springfield) by embracing diverse perspectives, building partnerships and inspiring shared solutions.
Reaching Out Statement: The Junior League reaches out to women of all races, religions and national origins who demonstrate an interest in and commitment to voluntarism.
