Step by Step: West Virginia Dreamers is a non-profit, grassroots, community based organization serving a tri county area in rural West Virginia. The agency provides advocacy and community development for children and their families living in the southern coal fields of WV. Recently, the agency began organizing projects in Charleston, WV that focus on neighborhood development and increasing opportunities for at-risk youth and their families.
