Mission:
The PanAfrican Acupuncture Project trains local health-care providers in the use of simple acupuncture protocols to address the symptoms of HIV/AIDS, malaria, and TB and the side effects of medications. In so doing, the trainees in the African host countries are able to provide acupuncture treatments to reduce suffering, improve quality of life, and instill a greater sense of hope.
