The mission of the Museum of Latin American Art is to educate the public about contemporary Latin American fine art through the establishment of a significant permanent collection and the presentation of dynamic exhibitions and related programs. MoLAA exhibits the work of artists who have lived and worked in Latin America since World War II and are well-known in their own countries but have had little or no exposure in the United States.
