Mission:

The East Oakland Community Project (EOCP) is a 24-hour homeless shelter providing emergency shelter, case management, health care opportunities, life skills training, and mental health and substance abuse counseling to homeless men, women, children, sexually-diverse individuals and people living with HIV/AIDS.
