Mission:
Full Circle Fund (FCF) is a member driven organization that engages in public problem solving by challenging and empowering emerging leaders to take action through engaged philanthropy and public policy advocacy. Our member base is comprised of talented, successful professionals primarily from the business world who are committed to driving lasting change and are willing to leverage their intellectual, financial, social, and political capital to tackle the community’s most pressing issues and advance innovative solutions.
FCF members join one of three Impact Circles (Education, Technology, Housing). Each Impact Circle develops a deep understanding of the issues, challenges, key players, and opportunities. They then select 2-3 investments/initiatives a year with the intent of maximizing the return on dollars and time invested. Impact Circles divide into teams leveraging all of their skills, contacts, and experience to drive these initiatives and achieve measurable results. FCF is a learning organization focused on leadership development in addition to community impact. FCF’s programs and approach support this dual mission.
We believe today’s emerging leaders are tomorrow’s role models. If you can engage these emerging leaders with the community in a meaningful way—one that leverages their business skills, their personal networks, and their creativity, while providing an environment for continuous learning and personal development, the opportunities for community impact are boundless and real solutions (rather than short term fixes) become a possibility.
