CIS Counseling Center, Inc. is a not for profit corporation licensed by the State of New York to provide treatment in mental health and substance abuse in an outpatient setting in our main clinic located in downtown Manhattan as well as on-site school programs located throughout the boroughs. The Satellite Schools program works with at-risk children and adolescents in DOE schools. Programs include individual, family, and group therapy and creative arts and play therapy. Professional development is geared toward working with social workers, guidance counselors, SAPIS, and educators to provide prevention and intervention services. CIS offers confidential and personalized services at the highest professional level. The staff at CIS is committed to providing
