To create, form and establish a community center to benefit children of LGBT headed parents in the Bronx County and its environs.


- To provide social and recreational activities to young people who may otherwise be unexposed to such activities; to stimulate, encourage, promote and enhance the social enrichment and expand the creative horizons of young people through their active participation in the activities of this corporation.


- To afford youth the opportunity to make new friends and to communicate their ideas.


- To encourage school children to utilize their talents, skills and abilities in productive and meaningful ways.


- To disseminate information to the general public concerning the goals of the corporation.


- To enlist the support and active involvement of community leaders, parents, teachers, administrators and the private sector in the programs and activities of the corporation.


- To aid, assist, cooperate, cosponsor and otherwise engage in concerted action with private, governmental and other youth agencies and organizations with the same or similar objectives on all programs designed, calculated and dedicated to improvement and enrichment of life for the aforesaid children.


- Generally to endeavor to promote, foster and advance the social enrichment of young people through the activities of the corporation.
