Mission:
Meals On Wheels Delaware is a partnership between the State of Delaware and five member agencies who, together, delivered over 618,000 nutritious midday meals to 4,300 homebound seniors across the state last year. Our primary purpose is to raise money to supplement state & federal funding for our member agencies. We accomplish this through direct mail and our award-winning culinary events: Meals from the Masters--Celebrity Chefs' Brunch, Evening With The Masters, Masterful Dinners, Wine Dinner Series and the Celebrity Chefs' Beach Brunch. We always need volunteers to help out at these events! Meal delivery volunteers are always needed too, particularly in New Castle County. Call today to support homebound seniors!
