Mission:
Tennessee's Community Assistance Corporation is a non-profit that serves low income communities across Tennessee. We have four programs. AmeriCorps Community Cares that works with frail, challenged seniors and people with disability. AmeriCorps Community VISTA that works to build capacity, strengthen programs and recruit volunteers. Tennessee READS works with K-8 low performing school systems to raise test scores. Gifts In Kind redistributes products to religious organizations and non-profits that helps program stretch program dollars.
