EMPOWER COMPUTER LITERACY and bridge the digital gab between the north and south.
Objectives :
* To promote communication
between the north and the south amongst all categories of citizens and members with view to resolving perceived computer literacy problems
* To develop and awareness of computer and language concerns worldwide
* To encourage and foster national and international networks in the Information Technology (IT) field
