The Wisconsin Project on Nuclear Arms Control carries out research and public education designed to stop the spread of nuclear weapons, chemical/biological weapons and long-range missiles. It is a non-profit, non-partisan organization that operates in Washington, D.C. under the auspices of the University of Wisconsin.
