Mission:
HospiceCare Inc. provides support to patients with life-limiting illnesses, and their families to enhance the quality of life at the end of lives. With offices located in both Madison and Janesville, HospiceCare provides services throughout south central Wisconsin.
HospiceCare staff combine expert pain and symptom management with compassionate care to help patients live each day to the fullest. Hospice services are available to patients who are located in:
homes or apartments
community based residential facilities
assisted living facilities
nursing homes
hospitals
A team of specially trained professionals—physicians, nurses, nursing assistants, social workers, bereavement counselors, chaplains and volunteers—all work with the patient and family to create a plan of care tailored to meet the patient’s unique physical, emotional and spiritual needs.
