Disability Rights North Carolina is a non-profit legal organization, and North Carolina’s Protection and Advocacy agency, in Raleigh, North Carolina representing individuals with disabilities. We represent persons with disabilities on legal issues including special education, public benefits, abuse and neglect and state and federal disability rights law in the areas of housing, employment and guardianship.
