The Long Island Civic Participation Project is a unique organization of partnership between labor unions and community organizations. We organize in immigrant communities and bring together union members, community activists, faith groups and immigrant associations, building bridges between different nationalities, races and ethnic groups. We build and support campaigns that promote dignity and human rights of new immigrants in our society.
