Improve the quality of theatre on all levels through out the state of Kentucky; Encourage the further development of theatre activity; Promote and facilitate education in all phases of theatre; Create a closer relationship between theatre groups at all levels; Cooperate and maintain a close, helpful relationship with other organizations, groups or individuals within or without the state of Kentucky who entertain an interest in the arts and skills of the theatre.
