GPA strives "to further the development of psychology as a science, as an applied practice, and as a means of promoting human welfare" through its 1,100 members and charitable foundation programming as well as via partnerships with Gerogia's only psychological political action committee (PAC) and five regionally-based affiliate psychological associations.
