Mission:

At the UA Institute, we are a small, nurturing community that focuses on our students as unique individuals. Through small advisory groups, our students have an in-school advocate that will guide them to both academic success and strong personal growth.

The mission of the UA Institute is to empower young women through a rich and rigorous math and science education. Through our partners, students have the opportunity to actively participate in a range of internships. Our partners will also connect students with role models and mentors that will inspire them to not only to challenge their self-perceptions but also the stereotypes that currently exist for women in math and science today.
