Vitalise provides holidays and respite breaks for people with disabilities and carers. We have five accessible centres in the UK where people with physical disabilities can take a break. We also organise group holidays in the UK and worldwide for blind and partially sighted people. What makes our service really special is the involvement of VOLUNTEERS who help out by providing support at our centres or acting as sighted holiday guides. We have opportunities for volunteers of all ages (as long as you are 16 or over) to volunteer at our centres on a residential basis for one or two weeks or more. All food and accommodation is provided along with travel costs within mainland UK. It's an amazing learning experience in a unique setting. It can be hard work, but brilliant fun.
