The Organization of Pakistani Entrepreneurs (OPEN) Silicon Valley was launched in 2001. OPEN is a voluntary, not-for profit organization dedicated to the promotion of entrepreneurship and leadership in the Pakistani-American business community. Established in Boston in 1998, OPEN has chapters in Boston, Houston, New York, Silicon Valley, and Washington DC.
