The HOUSE WITH NO STEPS FOUNDATION (USA), INC. is a charitable non-profit organization established in the United States for the specific purpose of providing assistance for people with varying degrees of disabilities in the Philippines. The Foundation, launched in 1994 in the Bay Area, is a federally tax-exempt organization under Secttion 501(c)3. It is an affiliate organization of the HOUSE WITH NO STEPS FOUNDATION, PHILIPPINES, whose subsidiaries include the TAHANANG WALANG HAGDANAN, CHESHIRE HOMES and the WHEELCHAIR AND DISABLED ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES.

The HWNSF Philippines has programs for the physically disabled in the Philippines that are already in place and are positively changing the lives of its many beneficiaries. These include scholarships, housing, loans, medical care, skills training, welfare, food production, research and publication, counseling and job placement.
