Mission:

Introduction:
The Uganda Literacy and Adult Learners' Association(ULALA)is a non-govermental Organisation,which brings together individuals,groups of Adult literacy learners'in Uganda.

The major objective of ULALA is to mobilise and encourage non-literate pensons to join literacy class so as to improve their social enonomic status through reading,writing and numeracy,and work as a team to advocate for Functional Adult literacy and Adult Education Development in Uganda.

ULALA's goal is to mobilise Adult Literacy Learners'in Uganda and to find opportunitiesfor Literacy Learners,to work together.
