Mission:
The mission of Ladder Up- formerly the Tax Assistance Program- is to enable the working poor of Chicago to claim the tax credits, refunds and financial consulting advice needed to improve their lives. Through service to the community we combat poverty, educate families and volunteers, and promote tax education.
