Habitat for Humanity of West Virginia was formed in 2001 as a cooperative effort of the local affialites to coordinate a state wide resource develoment effort and to bring awareness to the work of local Habitat affiliates.
Goals include: raising money to be shared equitably with local affiliates, desiminating awareness of the housing needs in the state, discount pricing by buying home building componannts in bulk, and assisting with the start up onf new affiliates so that each county in WV can be served by a Habitat.
