To promote the humane treatment of animals by operating a no-kill shelter, implementing an agressive low-cost spay/neuter program and vaccination clinic for community pets and shelter animals,and conducting educational activities to increase public awareness of pet overpopulation and the responsibility we all have towards these animals.
