After years of changing majors in college, I've finally recognized a pattern: At every place I've worked I have been dissatisfied with the way things were run. I have seen private information displayed in public, had paychecks that were supposed to be sent via overnight shipping "lost in the mail", I've gone without health insurance for years at a time and I've had to abide by draconian rules that no longer applied to today’s world. I know that I must make changes, help create a more humane work environment. I have an A.S. in Health Sciences and I'm working on a B.S. dual major in Organizational Management and Behavioral Health (graduating 5/09). I am interested in career planning for recent high school graduates, college students and returning adult students as well as health and wellness. I am currently working on building a business focused on this.
