Description:
I am a Ph.D. student in a clinical psychology program in San Francisco, aspiring to grow into an effective and culturally sensitive clinician, as well as an informed researcher. My passion is to inspire an international perspective in psychology, to contribute to our knowledge of various cultures, and to empower women.
If I weren't on my way to become a psychologist, I would be an environmental and animal rights activist or a humanitarian working to alleviate the HIV/AIDS epidemic around the globe.
My husband, also a graduate student, and I lead a modest bohemian life in Berkeley with our cat, Ella B.
I am fully bicultural and bilingual in English and Russian, and I have two citizenships.
