I am Mr.M.Manoharan, based at Trichirapalli in Tamil Nadu, India. As a man who worked as a catalsyt between the Govt. and rural Indian people, formulated hundreds of rural energy projects. I am interested in quality education of rural children and women through bridging the gap between rural and urban.
