Description:
The Marketing Communications Committee of Habitat for Humanity of Northern Virginia s a resource group charged with assisting the affiliate and ReStore with all aspects of marketing communications including: branding, advertisements, web development and strategies through creativity and relationship building in the community.
Committee members fulfill the role of enhancing the branding of Habitat for Humanity of Northern Virginia in the community through securing pro-bono relationships with PR/advertising firms, develop and affiliate marketing plan, website development, community marketing events and events at the ReStore*.
* ReStore is a resale business that sells new and used building materials and home improvement items to the general public. All materials are donated by local retail businesses, building contractors, suppliers and individuals, and are made available for sale to the public at 50% to 90% below retail prices.
